In 2004, the Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on speeding up the development of the second-hand goods industry, which brought further detailed and favorable policy support to the second-hand equipment industry.
In March 2016, Premier Li Keqiang proposed in the government work report that we should enliven the second-hand equipment market. In the same year, in March 25th, the general office of the State Council issued a number of opinions on promoting the convenience of second-hand equipment transactions. In the field of Used Equipment circulation, the policy has already made new breakthroughs from the national level.
